Ontario is helping Seneca College continue to deliver high-quality education and provide students with better facilities and greater resources to ensure their learning experience is second to none.
Seneca has received additional operating funding of $3.7 million from the province, in response to higher-than-expected enrolment. Every university and college in Ontario has received a portion of $150 million in immediate one-time support.
In 2008-09, Seneca received more than $118.2 million in operating grants from the province. That represents an increase of 54 per cent over 2002-03. In the same period, Seneca received $50.2 million in capital funding.
